Probably almost everyone in school has gotten one of these letters. The ones addressed :To the Parents of whatever kid you are. In my house, there are two types of those letters. The school will send these letters either sealed or unsealed. It is policy that we can open the unsealed ones before our parents get home because it's not that big of a deal. And even most of the time the sealed letters don't mean trouble.
But what do you do when your mom gets a letter from the college she's taken a few classes as labeled: To the Parents of Mom. My sister and I thought it was pretty funny that our mom would get one of those letters. We discussed sending the letter to our grandma for her to open.
But in the end my parents opened that letter. Not that it really matters, it was just about tax deductible stuff anyways.
